Welcome to the Carver County Environmental Services page. The Environmental Services department is responsible for developing and implementing programs to satisfy state statutes and protect the County’s natural environment in 3 main areas: solid waste (includes waste prevention, garbage, recycling, composting and hazardous waste), feedlots, and septic systems.
