Due to continued state-wide system issues with the recent State Motor Vehicle System Upgrade implementation:

Both locations are currently able to process ALL motor vehicle transactions; however, please expect and plan for lengthy wait times for all transactions

Customers arriving 90 minutes prior to close will be issued Standby Tickets or will be encouraged to return on a different day.

Those with standby tickets will be served same-day if their number is called prior to office close.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to experience technical issues related to the state-wide implementation of a new Minnesota motor vehicle system.
