Carver County Drug Treatment Court (CCDTC)

The Carver County Drug Treatment Court is a program designed to serve high risk/high need individuals.

The Drug Court Treatment Program may take approximately 18 to 24 months, and is a five-phase program. Drug Court uses a team approach to deliver evidence based practices including treatment, intensive supervision, random and frequent drug and alcohol testing, and frequent court appearances.

Participants must submit an application to the Drug Court Team before advancing to the next phase.  Once this application is filled out and submitted to the team, it is reviewed for content and accuracy.  When the application is approved and all the requirements are completed, participants may receive a certificate or other incentive item on their phase advancement day in court.
