Landshark is a web-based application for research and retrieval of land record documents at Carver County.  If the document is available on our system, you can view and print the image from your computer.

On November 25, 2008, the Carver County Board of Commissioners approved the implementation of user fees for the Landshark system.  These fees will be applied to offset the costs of enhancements to the system, including the addition of land records currently not available.

A Carver County Enhanced Remote Access Agreement and Escrow Request Form must be, signed, returned and applicable fees paid, before remote access service will be granted.    Please download the necessary forms as indicated below.  If you should have any questions, please call 952-361-1930.
