The office of Property Records is responsible for all legal records accepted and recorded in Carver County as to Deeds, Mortgages, Assignments, Satisfactions, Releases, Easements, Federal/State/County Tax Liens, Federal Judgments and other various real estate records (except tax information) of the county.
The office of Property Records is responsible for the evaluation, recording, protection and preserving of legal documents.
