The office of Property Records records and maintains, according to statutes, a public record for legal documents pertaining to Real Estate. The most frequently recorded documents include Deeds, Mortgages, Assignments, Satisfactions, Releases, Easements, Liens, Plats, Foreclosure Documents, Certified Court Documents and many others not mentioned. The office is responsible for the evaluation, recording, protection and preserving of all real estate documents..
A public room is available to access public recorded documents within our office.
