Property Records & Taxpayer Services Division
The Property Records & Taxpayer Services Division was created as part of the 2006 reorganization. The newly formed division includes three County departments-Taxpayer Services (formerly Auditor & Treasurer), Property Records (formerly Recorder) and Property Assessment (formerly Assessor).
The division is responsible for a wide range of services relating to taxation, land records, assessment, elections, ditches and the License Center. The departments with their respective managers are shown below. Please see the individual sites for a more detailed description of each area.
