An elected Board of five Supervisors governs Soil and Water Conservation Districts in Minnesota. Each Board member represents a District within the County, and each District is defined by municipal boundaries (see map below).  For more information on the SWCD Supervisor that represents you, please click on their names below.

The Board meets the third Thursday of every month, at 8:30 AM, at the Carver SWCD office located in Cologne. Listed below are the Board members for the Carver SWCD (click on each name below for a detailed biography):
