Bidding Documents
The CCOFI project is being bid in two bid components, the equipment bid and already awarded construction bid.
EQUIPMENT BID: Our equipment bid is not currently ready to be issued. We have tentatively established a timeframe of late 3rd quarter of 2011 in which we will issue our equipment bid, with a tentative award timeframe of early 4th quarter 2011. Equipment Bid Documents:

CONSTRUCTION BID: On June 21st, 2011 the Carver County Board awarded the construction bids for the project. Winning bidders were MP Nexlevel for the construction of the project and Power and Telephone to provide fiber cable and conduit. A bid summary is provided.
On February 17th, Carver County issued a Request For Bid (RFB) for the construction components of the project. All relevant bid documents are available on this page. As part of the bid documentation we will be introducing and providing demonstrations on our new mapping application on Feb 25th and March 9th. The mapping application allows you to review the route segments, physical addresses on the route and other relevant information. On March 9th and 10th we will also be performing site visits at the 15 base ring hub location addresses. Please review the RFB and associated documents listed below. Construction Bid Documents:
