To obtain a user name and password for our Land Title Information Application by yourself online, follow these simple instructions:

1. Go to http://landshark.co.carver.mn.us.
2. On the first screen in the right column, click on "register" and complete the required fields.

That's it!  Once you have your login information, you can access the new application by pasting the application address into your browser window or clicking on the link http://landshark.co.carver.mn.us.
