Public Parcel Search Web Mapping Application The Public Parcel Search is a land based mapping application that is available on the internet and available to anyone who has interest in land records within Carver County.  The application provides outside access to the County's GIS parcel dataset and tax information.  Other GIS layers are available for overlay like contours, wetlands, soils, flood plain and historical aerial photography.  The application is self-service and allows people to conduct research on properties without contacting County employees.

Plat Search Web Application - Search for Scanned Maps The Plat Search allows citizens to search for the legal plat documents that have been scanned to PDF within Carver County.  Many people use the plat maps to find lot dimensions for platted parcels.  The application also displays if the plat is Torren/Abstract, Official Plat Name, and Filed Date.

Sheriff Crime Mapping Web Mapping Application Carver County Crime Mapping is an interactive, web based, mapping application designed to keep citizens of Carver County informed about criminal activity in and around their neighborhood. Select crime is shown in the application from the last 90 days. The Carver County Sheriff's Office maintains data for all Carver County jurisdictions with the exception of the City of Chaska.

The site also offers a new mapping application called the Trail and Recreation Information Portal (TRIP). TRIP provides an easy-to-use web mapping interface that accesses GIS layers for parks, trails and lakes.

Water Quality Web Mapping Application Carver County Water Quality Mapping is an interactive mapping application designed for citizens to gain easy access to water quality monitoring data on lakes and rivers in the County. Within the map you can select by lake or stream name to gather information on nutrient levels, rainfall, lake depth, secchi depth and more!
