Utility Site - $22.00/site/night (with water and electric service)
Long Term Utility - $19.00/site/night (with water and electric service - 6 or more consecutive nights)
Primitive/Tent Site - $16.00/site/night (no utilities)
Long Term Primitive/Tent - $14.00/site/night (no utilities - 6 or more consecutive nights)
Cancellation fee $5.00/night/site - within 7 days of reservation
Dump station $10.00 (non-camper rate)
Firewood $5.00 bundle
Reservation fee $7.00/site/shelter reservation (non-refundable)
Community Room at Baylor Regional Park
Facility Rental., $150.00 and Vehicle permits required*

Damage Deposit $50.00
Cancellation Fee is 50% of the reservation fee when cancelled within two weeks of the activity date.
