Baylor Regional Park

Baylor Regional Park is situated in western Carver County on Eagle Lake. The park offers 50 camping sites. Thirty-five sites have water and electrical hookups and 15 sites are primitive. Other facilities include: picnic areas, showers, swimming beach, beach house, reservable picnic shelters, ball field, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, group camping area and horseshoe pits. An 18 hole disc golf course was added to the park in the fall of 2007. Parking Permits - All vehicles entering the park are required to purchase and properly display a daily or annual parking permit for Carver County Parks. Permits can be purchased at the park entrance either through the gate house (summer months only) or through the honor box (year round) with cash or check. Annual Permits can also be purchased online or by phone at 952-466-5250 using a Master, Visa or Discover Card. Trails: A Community Room for seating up to 100 persons is available year round in the 1935 remodeled barn with advance reservations. The Community Room has a food preparation area, heat, A/C and flush restrooms. A boat ramp for access on to Eagle Lake is available outside of the park.
