Festival Planning Committee. This committee actually does a lot more than just plan the event. They recruit all the presenters and other volunteers, select and coordinate with all the attending schools, organize and coordinate the many festival activities and related schedules, coordinate the preparation and serving of lunch, arrange for rental of the fairgrounds and related facilities, provide class photos for participating schools and make sure that the quality of the festival is maintained from year to year. Their devotion to the education of children is the backbone of this festival.
