The Metro Children's Water Festival is traditionally held each year on the last Wednesday in September at the State Fairgrounds in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

The date for the 2009* Twin Cities Metro Children’s Water Festival is September 30.  It will be held at the State Fairgrounds in St. Paul.
