First Street Center

Coming into Waconia on 5 from the East:
At Olive Street (stop light), turn right.  Go north to 1st Street East.  Take a right.  First Street Center is located approximately 8 blocks down on the left.  

Coming into Waconia on 5 from the West:
At Olive Street (stop light), turn left.  Go north to 1st Street East.  Take a right.  First Street Center is located approximately 8 blocks down on the left.  

Coming into Waconia on 284 from the South:
Follow 284 (Olive Street) through stop light at Hwy 5 to 1st Street East.  Take a right.  First Street Center is located approximately 8 blocks down on the left.

Coming into Chaska South from Hwy 5: 
Go south on Hwy. 41.  Go through two signal lights.  Take a left on Peavey Road and take the next right.  The Environmental Center has a blue border around the top of the building.

Coming North on Hwy. 41 from Chaska: 
Take the first right (Peavey Road) after Hazeltine Blvd, and then take the next right.  The Environmental Center has a blue border around the top of the building.

Take a right on Market Blvd. Go north mile and take a left on 78th St. Follow 78th St. approx. 2 blocks to Kerber Blvd. and take a left. The Service Center is located block down on the right.

Take a left on Powers Blvd. Go north 2 blocks and take a right on 78th St. Follow 78th St. approx. 4 blocks to Kerber Blvd. and take a right. The Service Center is located block down on the right.

Coming from the North on Powers Blvd.: 
Take a left on 78th St. Follow 78th St. approx. 4 blocks to Kerber Blvd. and take a right. The Service Center is located block down on the right.

Coming from the South on Hwy 101:
Go straight thru the light onto Market Blvd. to 78th St. Take a left on 78th St. and go 2 blocks to Kerber Blvd. Take a left on Kerber Blvd. The Service Center is located a block down on the right.

Coming from the West on 212:
Follow 212 through Norwood Young America.  The facility is located approximately 5 miles east of Norwood Young America on the North (left) side of the highway.

Coming from the North on 284:
Take a right on 212.  Follow 212 approximately 1.5 mile.  The facility is located on the North (right) side of the highway.

Coming from the South on Co. Rd. 53:
Take a left on 212.  Follow 212 approximately 1.5 mile.  The facility is located on the North (right) side of the highway.

Take 35W South (or 100 South or 169 South or 494 South) to 62 West. Follow 62 West to 212 West (Flying Cloud Drive). Take 212 West through Eden Prairie, past Flying Cloud Airport. Stay on 212 West all the way into Chaska. Take a right on Walnut St.

The CDA office is located in the same building as Subway and the Brickyard Apartments. Please park on Walnut Street in front of the building (handicap parking is located around the back of the building). When you are facing the building, the CDA's entrance is the door to the right of Subway, 705 Walnut Street.
